01Who we are我们是谁
ISLENO Studio ("ISLENO", "we", "us") is an independent software studio. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our iOS application LivePocket and this website. ISLENO Studio（下称"我们"）是一个独立软件工作室。本政策说明我们在 iOS 应用 LivePocket 及本网站中如何处理信息。
We designed LivePocket so that we never need your data in order for the app to work. This policy therefore describes, for the most part, what we do not do. 我们在设计 LivePocket 时的原则是：应用的正常运行不需要我们获取你的数据。因此本政策大部分内容说明的是我们不做什么。
02What we collect我们收集什么
Nothing. LivePocket has no user accounts, no registration, and no login. We operate no servers that receive your content. We do not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, attribution tools, or cross-app tracking. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifier. 不收集任何信息。LivePocket 没有用户账号，无需注册，也无需登录。我们不运营任何接收你内容的服务器。我们不使用广告 SDK、第三方数据分析、归因工具或跨应用追踪。我们不收集你的姓名、邮箱、电话号码、通讯录、精确位置或广告标识符。

03Data you create你创建的数据
When you use LivePocket you may create content such as: 在使用 LivePocket 时，你可能会创建以下内容：
- Concert entries — artist, venue, date, and your own notes演出记录——演出者、场地、日期，以及你自己的笔记
- Ticket images and photos you add你添加的票根图片与照片
- Setlists and song information you enter你录入的歌单与歌曲信息

This content is stored locally on your device. It belongs to you. It is not transmitted to ISLENO Studio at any point. 这些内容保存在你的设备本地，归你所有，在任何环节都不会传输给 ISLENO Studio。
04iCloud synciCloud 同步
LivePocket can optionally sync your library across your own Apple devices using Apple iCloud (CloudKit). When sync is enabled, your content is stored in the private database of your personal iCloud account. LivePocket 可选择通过 Apple iCloud（CloudKit）在你自己的 Apple 设备之间同步资料库。开启同步后，你的内容会存储在你个人 iCloud 账户的私有数据库中。
- The data lives in your iCloud account, not ours数据位于你的 iCloud 账户，而非我们的账户

Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy. Apple 对 iCloud 数据的处理适用 Apple 隐私政策。
05Device permissions设备权限
LivePocket may ask for the following permissions. Each is optional, used only for the stated purpose, and processed entirely on your device: LivePocket 可能请求以下权限。每项均为可选，仅用于所述用途，且完全在你的设备上处理：
- Photos — to attach ticket images or concert photos to an entry照片——用于为记录添加票根图片或现场照片
- Camera — to photograph a ticket directly from the app相机——用于在应用内直接拍摄票根
- Notifications — to remind you of an upcoming show you added通知——用于提醒你已添加的即将到来的演出
Declining any permission does not prevent you from using the rest of the app. Images you select are copied into the app's own storage; we do not scan or upload your photo library. 拒绝任何权限都不会影响应用其余功能的使用。你选择的图片会被复制到应用自身的存储空间中；我们不会扫描或上传你的相册。
06Diagnostics and crash reports诊断与崩溃报告
We do not embed any crash-reporting or analytics SDK. If you have separately enabled Share With App Developers in iOS Settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymised crash and performance data. During the TestFlight beta period, Apple additionally provides testers' feedback and crash logs to developers as part of the TestFlight programme. 07Third parties第三方
The only third party involved in LivePocket is Apple, in its capacity as the operator of the App Store, TestFlight, and iCloud. There are no other processors, no ad networks, and no data brokers. LivePocket 涉及的唯一第三方是 Apple，其身份为 App Store、TestFlight 与 iCloud 的运营方。除此之外没有其他数据处理方、广告网络或数据经纪商。
In-app purchase. LivePocket is free to download, with a one-time ¥38 purchase to unlock full functionality. This transaction is handled entirely by Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never see your name, payment method, card details, or billing address — the app only receives an anonymous signal from Apple confirming whether the unlock has been purchased on the signed-in Apple Account. 关于内购。LivePocket 免费下载，通过一次性 ¥38 内购解锁完整功能。该交易完全由 Apple 的内购系统处理。我们不会看到你的姓名、支付方式、卡片信息或账单地址——应用仅从 Apple 接收一个匿名信号，用于确认当前登录的 Apple 账户是否已购买解锁。

08Retention and deletion保存与删除
Because we hold no copy of your data, retention is entirely in your hands: 由于我们不持有你数据的任何副本，保存期限完全由你决定：
- Delete an individual entry inside the app在应用内删除单条记录
- Delete the app to remove all local data from that device删除应用即可清除该设备上的全部本地数据
- Remove synced data in Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Storage在设置 → Apple 账户 → iCloud → 管理储存空间中移除已同步的数据
Deleting the app while iCloud sync is on does not by itself remove the data held in your iCloud account; use the step above to clear it. 在开启 iCloud 同步的情况下删除应用，并不会自动移除存放在你 iCloud 账户中的数据；请使用上述步骤清除。
09Your rights你的权利
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EEA/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California), or PIPL (China) — including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. 依据你所在地区的法律（如欧盟/英国 GDPR、加州 CCPA/CPRA、中国《个人信息保护法》等），你可能享有访问、更正、删除、可携带个人信息以及撤回同意等权利。
In practice, ISLENO Studio is not a controller of any personal data about you, because none reaches us. Your content is already fully under your control on your own device and in your own iCloud account. LivePocket is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — and, as described above, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. 11This website本网站
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for a short period for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to build profiles. 本网站不设置 Cookie，不运行任何分析或追踪脚本。我们的托管服务商可能会出于安全与运维目的，在短期内保留标准服务器日志（IP 地址、浏览器标识、请求页面）。我们不会利用这些日志构建用户画像。

12Changes to this policy政策变更
