01Agreement协议的接受
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and ISLENO Studio ("ISLENO", "we", "us") governing your use of the iOS application LivePocket and this website (together, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. 本《使用条款》（下称"本条款"）构成你与 ISLENO Studio（下称"我们"）之间的协议，适用于你对 iOS 应用 LivePocket 及本网站（合称"本服务"）的使用。安装或使用本服务即表示你接受本条款。若你不同意，请勿使用本服务。
02Licence使用许可
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use LivePocket on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. 我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许你在自己拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上，依照 App Store 服务条款与本条款使用 LivePocket。
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. 除适用法律明确禁止此类限制的情形外，你不得复制、出售、再许可、出租、逆向工程、反编译本服务，或试图获取其源代码。
The ISLENO and LivePocket names, logos, interface design, and all software are owned by ISLENO Studio and are not transferred to you by this licence. ISLENO 与 LivePocket 的名称、标识、界面设计及全部软件均归 ISLENO Studio 所有，本许可不构成上述权利的转让。
03Your content你的内容
You own everything you put into LivePocket — your concert entries, notes, ticket images, photos, and setlists. We claim no ownership of it and no licence to use it. 你存入 LivePocket 的一切内容都归你所有——包括演出记录、笔记、票根图片、照片与歌单。我们不主张任何所有权，也不获得任何使用许可。
Your content is stored on your device and, if you enable sync, in your own iCloud account. It is not uploaded to us. See the Privacy Policy隐私政策 for detail. 你的内容存储在你的设备上；若你开启同步，则同时存储于你自己的 iCloud 账户。这些内容不会上传给我们。详见隐私政策。
You are responsible for having the right to store the material you add — for example, photographs you took yourself, or ticket images from events you attended. 你需自行确保有权存储所添加的材料——例如你本人拍摄的照片，或你所参与演出的票根图片。
04Acceptable use使用规范
LivePocket is intended as a personal archive of live music you have attended. You agree not to use the Service to: LivePocket 旨在作为你所参与现场演出的个人存档。你同意不将本服务用于：
- Store or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful material存储或传播违法、侵权或有害的材料
- Reproduce or resell tickets, or facilitate ticket fraud复制或转售票券，或协助票务欺诈
- Circumvent security measures or interfere with the Service's operation规避安全措施或干扰本服务的正常运行
- Violate the rights of artists, venues, promoters, or other people侵犯演出者、场地方、主办方或他人的权利
A ticket image stored in LivePocket has no validity for entry to any event and must not be presented as one. 保存在 LivePocket 中的票根图片不具备任何入场效力，不得作为有效票券出示。
05Third-party material第三方材料
Artist names, song titles, venue names, tour artwork, and similar material remain the property of their respective owners. Any such information appearing in your library is entered or added by you, and is stored solely for your own private, non-commercial reference. ISLENO Studio is not affiliated with, and does not represent, any artist, label, venue, or ticketing provider. 演出者名称、歌曲名、场地名称、巡演视觉等材料的权利仍归各自权利人所有。你资料库中出现的此类信息均由你自行录入或添加，且仅用于你个人的、非商业的私人参考。ISLENO Studio 与任何演出者、唱片公司、场地方或票务服务商均无隶属或代表关系。
06Beta and pre-release software测试版与预发布软件
LivePocket is currently distributed as pre-release software through Apple TestFlight. Beta builds may contain defects, may change substantially, may lose or corrupt data, and may stop working when a build expires. They are provided for evaluation only. LivePocket 目前通过 Apple TestFlight 以预发布软件形式分发。测试版本可能存在缺陷、可能发生重大变更、可能导致数据丢失或损坏，并可能在版本过期后停止运行，仅供评估使用。
Do not use a beta build as the only place a memory exists. Keep original photos and tickets elsewhere as well. 请不要让某段记忆只存在于测试版本中。原始照片与票根请同时在别处保留。
Your participation in the beta is also governed by Apple's TestFlight terms. Please do not publicly share screenshots or details of unreleased features without our consent. 你参与测试同时受 Apple TestFlight 相关条款约束。未经我们同意，请勿公开分享未发布功能的截图或细节。
07Backups and data loss备份与数据丢失
Because your data lives on your device and in your iCloud account, we hold no copy and cannot recover anything for you. You are responsible for maintaining backups, for example via iCloud Backup or an encrypted local backup of your device. 由于你的数据存放在你的设备与 iCloud 账户中，我们不持有任何副本，也无法为你恢复任何内容。你需自行做好备份，例如通过 iCloud 备份或设备的加密本地备份。

08Availability and changes服务可用性与变更
We may add, modify, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service. We will give reasonable notice in the app where a change would prevent you from accessing your existing library, and we will aim to provide an export path before any such discontinuation. 我们可能新增、修改或移除功能，也可能暂停或终止本服务。若某项变更会导致你无法访问既有资料库，我们会在应用内提前作出合理告知，并会尽力在终止前提供导出途径。
09Purchases付费项目
LivePocket is free to download. Full functionality is unlocked by a single one-time in-app purchase of ¥38 (or the equivalent local price set by Apple). This is a non-consumable purchase: there is no subscription and nothing renews. LivePocket 免费下载。完整功能通过一次性内购 ¥38（或 Apple 设定的相应本地价格）解锁。该内购为非消耗型项目：没有订阅，不会自动续费。
- The unlock is tied to your Apple Account, not to a device解锁与你的 Apple 账户绑定，而非与设备绑定
- You can restore it for free on any device signed in to the same Apple Account, via "Restore Purchases" in the app在登录同一 Apple 账户的任何设备上，均可通过应用内"恢复购买"免费恢复
- Reinstalling the app does not require paying again重新安装应用无需再次付费
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing, tax, billing, and refunds are handled under Apple's terms — we do not receive your payment details and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests should be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. 所有付款均由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。定价、税费、扣款与退款均适用 Apple 的相关条款——我们不会获取你的支付信息，也无法直接办理退款。退款请向 Apple 提出：reportaproblem.apple.com。
If we change the price in future, anyone who has already purchased the unlock keeps it permanently at no additional cost. 若我们日后调整价格，已购买解锁的用户将永久保留该权益，无需额外付费。
10Disclaimer of warranties免责声明
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will preserve your data. 本服务按"现状"与"现有"基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的保证。我们不保证本服务不会中断、不出现错误，亦不保证能够保全你的数据。

11Limitation of liability责任限制
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISLENO Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. 在法律允许的最大范围内，ISLENO Studio 不对因你使用本服务而产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据、收入、商誉损失承担责任。我们的累计责任上限为：索赔发生前十二个月内你为本服务支付的金额，或 50 美元，二者取其高。

12Relationship with Apple与 Apple 的关系
These Terms are between you and ISLENO Studio only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for LivePocket. In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. 本条款仅存在于你与 ISLENO Studio 之间，与 Apple 无关。Apple 没有为 LivePocket 提供维护或支持的义务。若本应用未能符合任何适用的保证，你可通知 Apple，Apple 可退还购买款项；在法律允许的最大范围内，Apple 不承担其他保证义务。Apple 及其子公司为本条款的第三方受益人，有权对你主张本条款。
13Termination条款终止
You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the app. We may terminate or suspend your licence if you materially breach these Terms. Sections concerning your content, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination. 你可随时通过删除应用终止本协议。若你严重违反本条款，我们可终止或暂停你的许可。关于你的内容、免责声明、责任限制与适用法律的条款在终止后继续有效。
14Changes to these Terms条款变更
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page will change, and material updates will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. 我们可能更新本条款。本页顶部日期将随之变更，重大更新会在应用内公告。更新后继续使用本服务，即表示你接受修订后的条款。
15Governing law适用法律
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ISLENO Studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. 本条款适用 ISLENO Studio 设立地的法律，不适用其冲突法规则。若你是消费者，你仍享有居住地法律赋予的强制性保护。
